• Performance Data — URLs of published content and performance insights submitted by creators to verify campaign progress
• Payment Information — Collected and processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly
• Technical Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited (collected via cookies)
• Open Campaign Data — Content submission links, view counts, payout eligibility status, and approval or rejection decisions. Used solely to facilitate campaign operations, calculate earnings, and process payouts

We also collect data related to standard campaigns and custom offers, including direct brand-to-creator campaign terms, negotiated payout structures, submitted content URLs, and analytics provided for verification. This applies whether the campaign was initiated by a brand invite, a creator custom offer, or an Open Campaign application.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Performance Collab platform
• To enable communication, messaging, and collaboration between brands and creators
• To verify creator submissions, review campaign deliverables, and trigger performance-based payouts
• To manage campaign-related payments securely through Stripe
• To facilitate identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance checks
• To personalize your experience and improve platform functionality, performance, and security
• To send service-related updates, support messages, campaign notifications, and administrative communications
• To enforce our Terms of Service, resolve disputes, and protect the integrity of the platform
• To conduct verification and due diligence on submitted content and view metrics before presenting payouts for brand review, including checks for artificial inflation, bot activity, or guideline violations

By using our payment features, you authorize Performance Collab to share your information with Stripe for the purposes described above.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information only with:

• Stripe — For secure payment processing and to manage campaign funds and creator payouts
• Email and analytics services — Such as SendGrid or Google Analytics, to deliver essential platform notifications and performance reports
• Legal authorities — If required by law or in the event of disputes
• Open Campaign Participants — When a creator participates in an Open Campaign, limited profile information and campaign performance data may be visible to the brand running that campaign for the purpose of reviewing, approving, or rejecting submitted content

For standard campaigns and custom offers, campaign performance data and deliverable information is shared only between the specific brand and creator involved in that campaign. This data is not visible to other platform users.

Section 4

Payment & Financial Transactions

Performance Collab uses Stripe to securely process payments and manage campaign budgets. Brands or agencies deposit campaign funds via Stripe, and creators are paid out automatically once performance conditions are verified and met.

We do not store your full payment credentials at any time. Stripe handles all sensitive financial data through its secure infrastructure.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to support the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. You may request account deletion at any time.

Open Campaign Payout Review Data

When a brand has enabled payout approvals on their campaign, Performance Collab retains content submission data, view verification records, and payout approval or rejection decisions for a minimum of 12 months. This data may be referenced in the event of a dispute between a brand and creator and is used solely for platform integrity and compliance purposes.

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is encrypted and securely stored, and only authorized personnel may access it. Payment data is managed exclusively through Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
