Performance Collab charges a 5% platform fee, applied only to amounts actually paid out to creators — this includes both the guaranteed Base Pay and any Performance Payouts. Standard payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe or credit card fees) also apply; these are external and outside of our control.
Any unused funds are automatically refunded to the brand or agency at campaign close. You're only charged on what creators actually earn.
