Referral Program Terms

Current version: October 24, 2026

These are the Referral Program Terms and the Conduct Rules that affiliates accept when they join the Performance Collab referral program in the app. They are reproduced here for reference. The version you accepted in the app governs your participation, and the current version is always shown on your Referrals page. The program terms form part of, and are governed by, the Performance Collab Terms of Service.

To join, log in as a brand or as a creator and open Referrals in your dashboard. New to Performance Collab? If you're a creator already working with brands, sign up as a creator first. Otherwise sign up as a brand or agency, even if you only want to refer. Then opt in from Referrals. The program is described in plain words on the affiliate program page.

Referral Program Terms

Version 2026-10-24

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding contract, and not an employee or contractor of Performance Collab.
  2. What you earn. When a brand creates an account through your referral link and later funds a campaign, you earn 50% of the platform fee Performance Collab collects on that brand's campaigns. The platform fee is Performance Collab's own fee, not the brand's campaign budget.
  3. For how long. You earn on campaigns the brand funds during the 12 months following the brand's first funded campaign. A campaign funded inside that window earns for its whole life. Performance Collab may extend the window at its sole option; extensions are never retroactive.
  4. How attribution works. The most recent referral link a visitor clicked in the 60 days before creating their account is credited. Attribution is fixed at account creation and is never reassigned. People who already have an account cannot be referred.
  5. How you get paid. Earnings accrue per campaign and are released to your referral earnings balance by Performance Collab after review. You withdraw that balance to a connected Stripe payout account. Performance Collab may set a minimum withdrawal amount; any minimum is shown on your Referrals page before you withdraw.
  6. Holds and reversals. Performance Collab may hold earnings until the refund and chargeback periods on the brand payments they come from have passed. Earnings from payments that are later refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, and earnings that result from a breach of these terms or the conduct rules, may be withheld or reversed.
  7. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on referral earnings. Payout information and tax forms are collected by Stripe during payout onboarding.
  8. Independent relationship. Taking part in the program does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between you and Performance Collab. You may not make commitments or representations on Performance Collab's behalf.
  9. Our name and logo. Performance Collab grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use its name and the assets it provides, solely to promote your referral link and in line with the conduct rules. You may not register domain names, social media handles or trademarks that contain the Performance Collab name.
  10. Changes. Performance Collab may update these terms and the conduct rules from time to time. The current version is always available on your Referrals page, and continuing to share your link after an update means you accept the updated version. Changes are not applied to conduct that took place before they were published.
  11. Suspension and closure. Performance Collab may suspend or close the program, or end your participation in it, at any time, with or without notice. Earnings already released to your referral balance remain yours to withdraw. Earnings accrued but not yet released are reviewed and released or reversed under these terms. No new earnings accrue after closure.
  12. Part of our Terms of Service. These program terms form part of, and are governed by, the Performance Collab Terms of Service, which also cover governing law, limitation of liability and dispute resolution. Where the two conflict, these program terms apply to the referral program.

Conduct Rules

Version 2026-10-24

  1. Represent us accurately. Only make claims about Performance Collab, its services, pricing and results that we have published. Never promise free service, discounts, or outcomes we don't offer.
  2. No self-referral. You may not refer yourself, your own company, or accounts you control.
  3. No spam. You may not distribute your link via unsolicited bulk email or messaging, or list it on coupon, deal, or cashback sites.
  4. Disclose the relationship. Where you promote your link, disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by advertising law (for example the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US).
  5. Consequences. If these rules are broken we may void the referrals involved, withhold or reverse the earnings that resulted, and end your participation for serious or repeated breaches. We will always tell you why.
